The PHSP is a strategic, not-for-profit partnership, established by the Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors (APHC), the Scottish and Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers’ Federation (SNIPEF) and the British Plumbing Employers’ Council (Training) Ltd (BPEC).
The key focus of the PHSP is to support plumbing and domestic heating employers in developing and driving forward the industry’s skills agenda by working with other key stakeholders to deliver and/or facilitate the plumbing and heating industry’s skill needs.
